The Golden Swallow showed its first film in 1962 and its last in 2009. When the Lau family reopened it in 2025, they had a projector, 340 seats and no way to sell a ticket.
We bent them one line: a swallow that flies from the marquee to the booking page. Lam redrew the 1962 lettering in English and Chinese, Tommy rebuilt the marquee in amber glass, and Priya built a WordPress site that sells every seat.
The booking flow went through four rounds before a regular in her seventies could buy a ticket on her phone without help. Heated until it gives.

The booking page on a desktop and on a phone. Seat map: open seats in slate, taken in grey, yours in amber.
